You can get started the fast way by filling in the Discovery Form We'll send you a Contract and begin designing once we receive your signature and first month's payment. You'll get to approve the design or your money back.

2. What do I have to do to make this marketing program successful?

You will need to provide photos and a description at least once a month. More often is better. We will provide a monthly reminder and submittal form along with a report.

Photos can be of products, before and after services, staff, inside and outside of your building or events.

3. If I want to cancel, can I take my website to another host?

You own your domain name and all the original content you provide (photos and written content).

The minimum monthly plan pays for the website. To acquire ownership of the design and code files, you would need to stay or pay for that time plus any updates done to the day you wish to leave. The monthly report will let you know how much updates would have cost for the month.

4. How much technical jargon do I need to learn?

For your own protection and success, you should have a basic understanding of what a domain name is, internet hygiene and some SEO terms and techniques. We are happy to explain these things in everyday language, and check out our Resources page to learn more.

5. Do you provide this service to my competitors?

No. NBS only services one business type at a time in Yolo County. For restaurants, this means one food type at a time; Chinese, Italian, All-American, for example.

6. Do you have a guarantee?

We have two guarantees. If, during the first month of our service, you find you don't like the design - or anything else about the subscription plan - you can cancel and receive your money back.
